Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is working towards her 3000 hours to become an independently licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). Christine enjoys working with clients with a multitude of presenting issues. She primarily specializes in treating trauma and PTSD. Using an integrated approach to therapy, she collaborates with her clients on working through past and present difficulties to develop insight into complex issues and achieve the highest level of functioning. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Provider (CCTP), clinically trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Polyvagal Theory, and other treatment methods grounded in the latest behavioral health and neuroscience research.
She believes her role as a therapist is to join with and support clients as they learn to reconnect with themselves and their inner experiences. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, she empowers clients to overcome challenges and meet their goals, while fostering deeper growth and healing at the level of body, mind, and spirit.
Christine works with individuals and couples and provides both in-person and virtual appointments.
